About this house rental
The object is a comfortably furnished holiday home in southern exposure. The 2015 completed house is located in the field edge location of the holiday park "Sonnengarten" in the seaside resort Altefähr on Rügen, only 350 meters away from the harbor, beach and beach promenade.
The house with underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi has a spacious bathroom with infrared sauna, 2 bedrooms and a living room with integrated fully equipped kitchen. The south-facing terrace invites you for a hearty breakfast, sunbathing and cozy barbecues. You can also make yourself at home in the beach chair or in the covered lounge area. On request, we will gladly provide you with a highchair. To accommodate accommodated bicycles a shed is available on the property.
The costs for electricity, heating, sauna, WLAN and water are included in our price. A parking space for your car is also part of the holiday property.
Appointed in 2016 to the seaside resort of Altefähr offers everything for a relaxing reprimand holiday: a picturesque harbor with boat rentals / surfing and sailing school, a newly landscaped beach with DLRG tower and beach volleyball court, nice restaurants and cafes in the immediate harbor, a high ropes course in the adjacent spa gardens , Cycling and hiking trails and a ferry service to the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. For golfers, two beautiful golf courses are easily accessible.
As a special highlight, experience the spectacular view from Altefährer Strand to Stralsund at sunset!
