It is right on the street car line and is in walking distance to restaurants and a short ride to French Quarter and the Garden District. Street parking is available. The unit is located on the ground floor of the complex and has 1 off street parking spot. All utitilities including Wifi and TV are included in the monthly rate. Pets will be considered for an extra $100 Cleaning Fee--Non-Refundable.

We stayed in the unit on St. Charles for 3 nights. The location was directly on the St. Charles tram line (the tram is a little loud). The unit was very well maintained and it was clean. The owner of the property was communicative and very responsive to email questions and text messages. She reached out to us prior to arrival to confirm with us about the key location and other matters.
We enjoyed staying in this unit. We were able to easily find street parking near the unit. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting more of the family attractions around New Orleans. Our family highly recommends this unit.
