The Pines at Pershing Place is located in the historic Fontainebleau Neighborhood of Uptown New Orleans. Century old oak trees overhang quiet and safe streets. Centrally located, you are less than a mile from Tulane, Loyola, and Xavier universities as well as Oschner Baptist Hosptial. Within 5 miles of the French Quarter, Central Business District, Oschner Main Campus, the VA Hospital, LCMC, Touro. Within walking distance you'll find several excellent restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and stores. Less than a mile walk to Carrolton Station for the historic Saint Charles streetcar line.
