About this house rental

Downtown House. Easy walk to downtown restaurants, cafes and galleries. This cottage is in a A+ location in Brevard and still has a feeling of privacy. House is completely updated and ready for your visit. Lingerlong is close to Downtown Brevard, the city center, parks, art and culture, restaurants and dining, National Forest and State Forest, Hiking, World Class Mountain Biking, Trout Fishing, Cool Stuff!. You’ll love my place because of Location, Coziness, Attention to detail. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. We also have a smaller 2 bedroom Cottage next door, Lingerlong Cottage and larger Main House 5 bedroom home.

No enclosed shower in upstairs bedroom. Had to purchase coffee filters. Strong musty smell...could really use a dehumidifier. Liked the screened porch and clean kitchen.
