Really great house - we all enjoyed our trip to Eugene.

This property had it all!! Easy check in, wonderful hosts that walked us through the property while on the phone, every amenity you would ever want. If you’re a cook… the kitchen has everything you need and there are plenty of outdoor grills. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back and use the boat and enjoy the outdoor areas when it’s nice and sunny!Five stars all the way

This is an amazing house. The whole downstairs is the master bedroom which has a King size bed, fireplace, TV, a jacouzzi, shower, and a toilet with a heated toilet seat with a bidet. The upstairs has the remaining bedrooms. The family room has a huge big screen tv, a treadmill, a foot massager and a lot of weights. The kitchen has all modern appliances and is well stocked. There is a game room off the garage which has a pool table and dart board. There is also a tandem bike and a normal bike in the garage. I believe there is a TV in every room. The back yard has a hot tub and a great porch. The property is next to a slough, and they have an electric motor pontoon boat which is awesome. There are a lot of ducks and geese in the slough and downstream is a small lake that you can fish in. We used the boat a lot. The living room has a piano and electric guitar and a large TV. We had 8 people in our group including an 11 year old. We all loved the house.

Beautiful Location, But Disappointing Experience. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations, especially compared to other VRBO homes we've stayed in.The house itself was very cluttered, with many areas of the kitchen not properly cleaned. It was clear the property is owner-occupied: closets and drawers were full, personal belongings were everywhere, and there were cars in both the garage and driveway. This made the home feel less like a vacation rental and more like we were staying in someone else's personal space.When we arrived, the house felt muggy and stuffy. The outdoor deck area was dirty and full of spider webs.The listing also failed to mention that the king-sized bed is located on the lower level. Unfortunately, that room was inaccessible to me due to a knee injury, which significantly impacted our comfort. The game room is connected to the garage and could not be aired out properly, making it unusable.After returning home, we shared our concerns with the owner. They responded with photos showing that some areas (like the kitchen and cluttered drawers) had since been cleaned. However, we never received an apology for the condition of the house or the misleading listing.There were other issues we chose not to mention in this review.This property may be better suited for a home exchange platform rather than being listed at full price on VRBO.
