About this house rental
Two story single home in quiet, safe and peaceful neighborhood just outside of campus. Great for duck football games at Autzen, track events at Hayward, Eugene marathon, shows and games at Matt Knight arena, UofO events, including graduation. On dead end street with lots of parking. Short drive, moderate walk, bike, jog to UO’s Autzen Stadium, Hayward Field, Matt Knight Arena, Hult Center, downtown etc. Full kitchen with island and seating plus large dining table that seats 8+. Includes instant pot, microwave, convection oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Kurig coffee maker. Formal dinning room next to living room with lots of seating, recliners, coffee table. Three large, HD TVs, one is new 65 inch LED smart fire TV. Subscriptions available include YouTube TV includes all sports channels and ability to watch four games at once. Also logged into paramount plus, peacock, HBO Max etc for a movie night in. Washer and dryer. Clean, easy to use high end Elliptical. Great yard, patio, deck to enjoy after a day out or morning coffee from the Kurig. Coffee pods provided. Near the ridgeline hiking trail (ask for directions). High speed Internet. Lots of TV channels logged in and ready to stream or log into your own account. Three bedrooms upstairs with two full bathrooms. One bedroom downstairs with half bath. Great separation of space. Garage has room for one car. Garage also has game room space with TV, foosball and electronic dart board Ok to park in driveway and lots street parking in very safe neighborhood. Uber / Lyft easy to use (less than $15 to most locations) and lots of food delivery options. Market of Choice store less than 2 miles away. Costco less than 10 minutes away.

We traveled to Eugene for my son to compete at Hayward Field. The location was close to the University and in a super cute neighborhood. Set up is great for families. Host was very courteous. House was clean and the yard would be great for kids.
