There's a video of the house on this website which will give prospective guests a good idea of the layout. This lovely home, built in 1926 and extensively updated, sits overlooking the University of Oregon. Fairmount Blvd.,one of the most prestigious streets in Eugene, is a short walk from the University and the Matthew Knight Arena. (Great for events including the U of O woman's and men's basketball!)
The fully equipped kitchen had granite counters, two drop-in gas cooktops, two refrigerators, dishwasher, garbage disposal and a lovely antique dining table that seats twelve.
The balcony/covered deck with gas barbecue and outside dining table has a magnificent view that makes it a perfect place to cook and entertain friends.
All rooms are fully furnished with king, queen or standard double beds. Linens, towels, paper products and all household items provided.
The owner's have a separate space below the house used as their office and storage for supplies for the house.
We are delighted to welcome family gatherings at our home. However we do not permit weddings.

Beautiful home. The host is unbelievable in her efforts to communicate immediately about anything. Really appreciate it in the several times I have stayed here, when I have what usually turns out to be a simple question. The owner answers immediately. Will look forward to my next visit to this home.

We couldn’t have found a better suited place than Wendy’s home for our family reunion. We had 4 different families staying together there. It was a magical place for our many grandchildren to spread out, explore and play at. It accommodated our every need young and old; and the location was great for accessing the various activities we took in for our reunion around Eugene. We would definitely recommend Wendy’s place! Thank you for everything!

We had a large group stay for an event and the house was perfect for everyone getting their own space. The bedrooms were all comfortable, there were plenty of bathrooms and the kitchen was well equipped. Thanks for the great stay!
