Custom built Tuscan style 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Accommodates 6 guests comfortably. Large open floor plan. Natural desert plants fill the property. Beautiful patio with swing bench, picnic table, and top of the line jacuzzi spa w/ waterfall feature and LED lighting effects, pool table. Great for gathering family and friends for some special time together.
Situated on a 2 acre + property with pristine native desert landscape surrounding. Large covered patio. Short nature path on property leads to a small bench to sit and enjoy the endless views and serenity.
Stainless appliances in kitchen, including dishwasher. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware, mixing bowls, utensils, coffee maker, blender and toaster.

Really enjoyed our stay in this peaceful area just a little outside the JT park entrance. Simple and easy check in, everywhere was clean and comfy we even had the baby play on the floor as no issues with cleanliness. Photos don't really do the main living area justice, much more open and spacious than we'd expected. Hot tub was a delight, perfect temp, stayed warm and lovely views at night. Thanks again for a fantastic little break in JT!

We've rented many Joshua Tree homes and this is one of our faves. The home itself is private, spacious, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. And the views from every side of the house are spectacular. The owners are accommodating and responsive. I loved staying in this house. The main living area is open and inviting. It somehow feels both spacious and cozy at the same time. The TV area has an amazing huge couch that is so comfortable at the end of the day. The hosts have thoughtfully included soft, cozy blankets to curl up on the couch. The TV has a lot of live channels but you can also access your own streaming services with the Smart TV features. The hosts also have a great collection of DVDs. At the end of a long day rock climbing in the Park, we loved slipping into the hot tub, which always seemed to be the perfect temperature, and then relaxing on the couch with our favourite TV shows. The kitchen is well appointed and has every tool and utensil you could need to prepare meals there. The fridge includes filtered water and an ice maker. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable and the bedding is very nice. If you like a very firm mattress then the queen-sized bed in the guestroom is perfect for you. One of my favourite things at the house was to sit at the dining table, working on my laptop and see all the life outside the patio doors. I saw quails, rabbits, road runners and lizards. The desert is so full of life and it's right outside the house. The views from every window are stunning, you will want to keep the blinds open all the time. This house was so comfortable. I highly recommend it.

We had a fun birthday weekend celebration here with 2 parents & our 2 kids (20 somethings). It was a rare cold & windy weekend in Joshua Tree with a flurry of snow(!) but we had a great time here cooking up a few meals, playing games & watching videos on the giant TV in the living room. The house was cozy & comfortable & had everything we needed. The views around the house were beautiful in any weather. Sunday the sun came out & we had a great time exploring Joshua Tree. We were in touch with our hosts several times with small questions & they were always prompt about getting right back to us by text.

The house is close to the park as well as the restaurants and shops in the town of Joshua Tree. The property offered great privacy. We enjoyed the spacious patio area and eating outside. The kitchen is very well stocked and we cooked several meals. We were prepared for the printed concrete floors and wore sandles and slippers.

Eric and Vandy were terrific hosts. They clearly know how to host a group of our size (8 adults). The home had everything we needed for our stay (fully stocked kitchen to cook and clean as well as plenty of towels for all guests). The property is in a perfect location (close to grocery stores, restaurants and the National Park) and was very neat and clean. The living space is perfect for a small group and the outside area is amazing for lounging around in the desert. I highly recommend this property for a small group looking for a relaxing Joshua Tree getaway!

We had two nights in this lovely home, and wish we had booked a longer stay. Two senior retired couples, wanting to explore new territory. This house was perfect! It is beautiful, full of special touches of antiques and delightful art, and also all of the conveniences we needed. The setting is just perfect--so quiet and peaceful. We loved coffee on the patio overlooking all of the desert plants. Beds were comfortable, everything worked well, and the house was well stocked with dishes, glassware, etc. Owners were a delight to communicate with. Hope to return sometime soon!

First of all I would like to thank Eric and Vandy for sharing this property. The property is in a peaceful quiet neighborhood, to enjoy the scienery and wild life you don't have to go far. Just step into the porch and look around you. My family and I had a great couple of days here and I hope we will back here late Summer or early Fall. Everything was clean and fully stocked, just bring in food and drinks and you're set. The check in and check out were easy. Thanks again for extending the check out so my daughter could finish a video conference that was assigned in the last minute.

This VRBO is very convenient to the park! The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals! Beds were comfortable! The property is beautiful! Lots of wild life! My family enjoyed playing pool, darts, and the hot tub! The owners really thought of everything to make your stay perfect! Must wear shoes on the concrete floors. I wouldn’t recommend this for families with small children because of the flooring. Perfect for older children!

Great location on the mountainside with great sunrise over the park. The nature walk has an example of every plant in the park and we studied them with an app on my phone. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The kids are quick learners with the cholla. Jackrabbits, cotton tails, chipmunks, and quite a few quail on the property.

Great house for a family

This house was perfect for our family's spring break visit. The beds and other furniture were comfortable, there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space, and the kids had fun playing darts and tetherball. We usually spent mornings in the park, came back to the house for lunch and a rest, then went back out in the afternoon. It's also a good location for setting up a telescope -- we brought ours and got some nice photos of the eastern sky.

My friends and I drove to Joshua Tree for a long weekend getaway and had a fantastic stay at this house. It has all the amenities you’ll need for a trip and lots of outdoor space to stargaze (and a hot tub!). Next time we come to Joshua Tree we will definitely be staying here.

I surprised my husband for his 50th birthday by whisking him away to Joshua Tree for the weekend. As soon as we arrived, we immediately felt at ease and relaxed. The house was spotless, warm, and inviting. We could tell the owners made sure to include everything we could ever need at the house. We had a masseuse come to the house for a massage and enjoyed happy hour on the back patio while watching the sunset. We enjoyed the hot tub every night under the stars. The bed and linens were so comfortable. We both slept really well. We would 100% recommend staying at this property and have already sent the link to our friends who are looking to stay at Joshua Tree in the near future.

Lovely place with all the amenities you need, well-stocked, great kitchen, pool table and hot tub. Beds are extremely comfortable, floors are a bit on the hard side, and watch out if you venture beyond the patio. There are some very sharp cholla (like small desert tumbleweeds that stick to everything and are sharp). Owners respond very quickly to emails. We had a wonderful birthday weekend for my wife, two adult children and fiancee, plus two dogs. Close to stores and the National Park.

We stayed at this property in January 2021. The owners were very prompt in responding to our messages. They also were very considerate with allowing us to cancel the trip if necessary given the Covid situation. Fortunately, we didn’t have to cancel and we all enjoyed so much. Highly recommend this place for winter time!
