Overall amazing home. Excellent location with gorgeous views. Can sit out at the pool area and watch quail families run around. Awesome infinity pool, even an outdoor shower. Gated area for fur kids while you swim or hang out. Beautiful back patio true Southwest that I so love. Beautiful bedrooms with comfortable beds and not overly decorated. Entire home is very clean. Short drive to Joshua Tree National Park. We didn’t get to use the fire pit or hot tub but we will be back. Owner and manager incredibly easy to work with and very accommodating.

The house is easy to access, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you may need. We truly enjoyed unique moments here thanks to its location. The view is stunning, and the hot tub made our stay even more enjoyable. There is a Walmart nearby (a short drive away). We also appreciated how welcoming it was for our dog, with bowls provided — a thoughtful detail that makes the place stand out. Overall, it offers a sense of peace and relaxation that makes you want to return.

this is a perfect house for family get away trip. Owner and host are both very responsive and provide excellent instructions for everything. Check in is super easy and kitchen well stock everything that you might need. Pool and Jacuzzi are in perfect condition. Highly recommend !!!

The home is well-appointed and well managed, and really felt like a welcoming space. We had everything we needed to cook several meals, which is fairly unusual in rental spaces. The saltwater pool was our favorite hangout; I love that there is a very shallow area with an umbrella, perfect for lounging in a chair with a book.

The home is beautiful in person! The kids loved the pool, the jacuzzi was perfect for an evening under the stars and we utilized the fire pit to make s’mores, sooo goood! The location was perfect for visiting Joshua Tree National Park. There are also major retailers and chain restaurants nearby if you want convenience but really cute local shops if you explore.

Wonderful house. Very comfortable and clean. The pool was perfect in the daytime, and the hot tub perfect at night. Very few neighbors, and they were a good bit away, which allowed for privacy. Very close to town and stores, so you never felt too far gone to run out if you forgot something. Would stay here again, and recommend it to anyone without hesitation. Amazing sunrises from the hot tub!

The property is really nice and clean. But the solar heated pool does not work. Its cold even if its 75 degrees outside. The hot tube is nice as well, but you cant turn it off when you want to. Once you turn it on, it shuts off after at least 30 minutes. Please change your hot tube controller to a digital one that you can turn on and off as needed. And don’t say the pool is heated, when it isn’t. Other than that, it was pretty awesome!

We planned a family weekend get together in Joshua Tree to celebrate my wife's birthday and had a wonderful time at El Coyote. The house is beautiful, spacious and private -- with a view off the back deck that is awe-inspiring any time of day! The infinity pool looks spectacular -- but was freezing! If it was heated, we would have been able to fully enjoy this amazing feature. Instead, we spent a lot of time in the hot tub and fire-pit. The house's location made it very convenient for shopping and to visit the Joshua Tree National Park. Had a fantastic weekend and we are thinking of making this a yearly tradition!

The house is lovely. The hot tub is an absolute delight. The neighborhood is as quiet and peaceful as you could want. It was the exact get away we needed. The only drawback was that we did not receive check-in instructions until well past check-in time and not until contacting VRBO customer service to get in touch with property owners to get check-in instructions because we could not get through to the owners with the in app messaging or provided phone number. After being put in touch with the owner, this did not seem like a regular occurrence, more like a one-time fluke due to extenuating circumstances, and we were able to problem-solve and get situated.This rental is really great and we plan to come back next year. Thanks for having us!

We did a quick two nights during a crazy winter storm. While we stayed inside the entire time, we had a blast. Cozy fire, great kitchen for cooking. The pool is beautiful but we didn’t dare brave the cold and rain (and snow!) to take a dip. Would totally be back!

The property manager, Tim, was very responsive from the beginning of booking, and also let us check-in @ 1pm instead of the original 4pm time, which was very cool! The property/house was just as advertised and even more stunning! We had an absolute blast. Only issue was that we were confused with the outdoor music policy. The message from property manager indicated no parties and no loud outdoor music, so our group interpreted this as music at a moderate level outside was allowed, however we received a message from house staff indicating they had a couple of calls about loud music, and were told that there is NO outdoor music allowed in the county. If we would have had more clarity on this we would have been respectful about this rule, as it is the same rule we have followed in Palm Springs greater area. So would just request that it is made more clear moving forward for future guests. Would absolutely stay here again, it was truly magical!
