MODPOOL AND HOT TUB HEATING:
Your rental includes heating for the hot tub. However, during the cooler months, there are extra charges for pool heating, see below. If you want the pool heated during these months, please let us know 48 hours before you arrive.
Extra Charges for Pool Heating:
◎ September and May - $100/night to heat pool
◎ October and April - $150/night to heat pool
◎ November and March - $200/night to heat pool
◎ December - $300/night to heat pool
◎ January and February - No pool heating available
No jumping, diving, running or rough play near the pool and hot tub area. No glass can be around the pool and hot tub, there are plastic cups in the kitchen to be used outside. Please mind the quiet hours (no loud noises after 10pm). No intoxicated persons may use the pool or hot tub. NO LIFEGUARD WILL BE ON DUTY - YOU SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
• PARKING: Free parking for up to 5 vehicles.
• WORK FROM HOME: High-speed WiFi throughout both houses.
• FAMILY: Pack ’n Play, high chair, children’s books, and toys available on request.

The houses were so clean and well maintained. It was a pleasure to stay here our 4 nights. I would stay here again if I am ever in the Joshua Tree area again. I recommend these houses to others searching for a nice place to stay.

The location was amazing. Walking distance to restaurants, weekend market and a fun local bar. The property was just as described and had everything we needed. The communication from the property manager was prompt and they even went above and beyond to notify us of an incoming storm. The homes were clean, inviting and comfortable. It was the perfect stay for our group. Thank you for accommodating our friends and family. We look forward to returning!

We loved the flexibility that two smaller homes on one lot provided for a stay with our extended family. Both how homes felt larger than advertised due to vaulted ceilings in the main spaces and lots of windows. The common outdoor amenities like firepit and pool/spa combo were a nice touch. Highly recommended.

One of the AC units didn't work for the entire weekend. We had to sleep in the living room, with the kids, on the floor, and no one was able to sleep. I begged for someone to help us, I asked for a portable unit and the responses were pretty much the same "we don't have any".
In addition in the first day we found out that the remote for the TV was missing. And we couldn't watch tv. there is nothing else you can do there at night with the kids except for watching tv.
Very disappointing experience.
