The room was infested with cockroaches, making the stay extremely unpleasant. The bed sheets and comforter were covered with stains and appeared to be unwashed. The door lock was faulty and did not function properly, raising safety concerns. There was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the room. The air conditioner was not cooling properly, making the room uncomfortable. Additionally, the washroom taps were not functioning properly. Overall, the room was in a very poor and unhygienic condition, and the experience was highly disappointing.
