    The owner & the staff are unsupportive. Despite making the payment a week before, they didn't keep the room ready for me. When I reached they gave me a dirty room with dirth linen & blanket. There was water all over the floor, which was leaking from the AC. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

    I just had one of the worst hotel experiences at this property. Despite being charged more than Rs. 800 for an additional guest, the hotel did not provide basic facilities such as proper bedding and essential bedding materials. There was also no drinking water available, and we had to struggle even to arrange enough water for basic toilet use. For the price being charged, these are extremely basic necessities that guests should not have to worry about. Apart from the location, I found very little to appreciate about this hotel. To make the experience even more disappointing, I accidentally left my power bank in the room after checking out. When I contacted the hotel, they did not acknowledge or admit having found it. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. I would expect much better basic facilities, guest service, and accountability from a hotel charging this amount.

    As per the description, not all the listed amenities were available at the hotel. Facilities such as the TV and toiletries were missing from the room. Room cleaning was not provided proactively; whenever we needed anything, we had to go and request it at the reception/front desk, and only then were a few amenities provided. This was disappointing, as the actual experience did not match the amenities mentioned in the booking description.
