    As per the description, not all the listed amenities were available at the hotel. Facilities such as the TV and toiletries were missing from the room. Room cleaning was not provided proactively; whenever we needed anything, we had to go and request it at the reception/front desk, and only then were a few amenities provided. This was disappointing, as the actual experience did not match the amenities mentioned in the booking description.

    The room size was very small and not comfortable. The toilet was in very poor condition and was not cleaned properly. Overall cleanliness and maintenance need significant improvement. The stay was not satisfactory, and I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping and guest facilities.
