Dobre miejsce na 1 noc, dobrze skomunikowane z centrum miasta (ok. 30 minut tramwajami do Jednorożców, 15 do Dworca Fabrycznego). Dobre śniadanie.
Niedokładny opis wejścia do budynku po godzinach pracy recepcji (na domofonie nie jest zaznaczone miejsce przyłożenia chipa, a czytnik nie działa od razu). W pokoju dośc duszno i upał - brak klimatyzacji - przydałby się przynajmniej wiatrak)

Brak zamknięcia kabiny prysznicowej, beznadziejna zasłona zamiast tego. Pokój miał wspólne drzwi główne wejściowe wraz z drugim pokojem przez co było słychać w nocy hałas z drugiego pokoju i trzaskające drzwi główne Brak mydła pod prysznicem. Brak klimy w pokoju.
