Blisko centrum, ogólnie czysto, pokoj ok wyposażony. Dwa pokoiki, a pomiędzy nimi mala kuchnia z kompletem naczyń i jadalniany stół. Na korytarzu wieszaki i miejsce na postawienie butów. Całkiem sporo przestrzeni.
Pokój na 3 piętrze kamienicy, wiec trzeba się tam wspiąć z walizkami. Zamiast spłuczki w wc jest wystający drut, za ktory trzeba pociągnąć chcąc spuścic wodę. Wentylator jest bardzo głośny, tak samo rury. Wrażliwe osoby wszystko będą słyszeć.

Obok kamienicy jest klub… Przy cieplej nocy i otwartym oknie skutecznie uniemożliwia to spanie. Nawaleni ludzie drą japy pod oknem…

Super lokalizacja, czysty pokój, ciepło (pomimo mrozu -15°), dobrze zaopatrzony aneks kuchenny jak również łazienka.
