Experience authentic Santa Fe in this one bedroom (1000 square foot) casita located in the historic Guadalupe district. It is optimally situated next to the Railyard District, the burgeoning new hub of the city, and not far from the Plaza. Whether you would like to take the Railrunner to Albuquerque to view Balloon Fiesta, the scenic train to Lamy, ski, mountain bike go to the opera, shop in the open air market, visit the art galleries, dine in traditional New Mexican fashion, or much more; you are not far away.
Enjoy living in a traditional adobe with vigas, latillas, nichos, and a spacious portal to bring the outdoors in. It has a large bathroom featuring Mexican tile, a large spa tub, and shower. It is decorated in typical Santa Fe style allowing a relaxing, introspective stay with two outdoor courtyards and four skylights. You won’t miss out on the modern conveniences with a 40 inch LED HDTV, blueRay player, NetFlix, Amazon Prime, Sling (ESPN, CNN, HGTV, etc.), AppleTV, high speed internet, iPod speaker system throughout, iPod docking alarm clock, covered parking, washer/dryer, and a luxurious queen size bed and sleeper sofa.

The Casita was a delightful, artfully presented oasis in Santa Fe! The Railyard district and the downtown square were very easy walks and access to Rte. 84 made excursions easy. The rental was very well equipped and furnished. We'll be back...

The experience was great. Everything was as described. The host responded to our requests promptly, provided a clean environment, and the kitchen was stocked properly.

Casit De Soledad was a 5-star experience for us! We let the host know we would be arriving late, she informed us she would turn up the heat (chilly night) and turn on the inside and outside lights to welcome us. The property was impeccably clean and well stocked (e.g. toothpicks, Q-tips, spices, freshly filled water filter pitcher, soaps, lotions, laundry detergent, etc., etc.). The fireplace made for a nice ambience along with tasteful decorations and two outdoor relaxation areas. The property was roomy and adorned with regional art and decor. The host provided a very informative binder with detailed instructions on how to use the amenities, local attractions, and area history. Even the mundane things like room lighting options, adjusting water temperature on the tankless water heater, and entertainment center options and controls were above and beyond what was expected. The host was responsive in a very timely manner to any questions we had. Her recommendations for flamenco music, restaurants, and bike rentals were spot on. Great experience and highly recommended!

The property is atmospheric, and the owners seem quite responsive. Covered parking is a definite plus.I had been concerned about possible traffic noise from nearby St. Francis Road/285. And, indeed, there is some.My major complaint is that there are no comfortable chairs. Likewise, I didn't find the bed overly comfortable.
