My beautiful, 1600+ Sq. Ft. Santa Fe adobe home is now available to rent weekly or monthly. Head out for your dream of Santa Fe galleries, high mountain deserts, relaxing spas, mountain skiing and river rafting plus located within walking distance to attractions in the historical downtown area! Ski Santa Fe is only a 20 minute drive/16 miles away & your on the slopes! A privacy fence surrounds this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath home with a gas fireplace, high ceilings and wood floors and an Oh-So-Santa-Fe décor. There are HDTVs and sound systems for both CDs and iPods for your favorite music. Large deck great for entertaining, private morning coffee! I love to cook and feed my family and friends; so the kitchen has been outfitted with a dining service for 12, granite countertops, a top-of-the-line gas range, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Both bedrooms are located upstairs on the 2nd floor. The gorgeous master bedroom with private bath with Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a private full bath. All beds have superior memory foam mattresses. There is also a superior king sleeper sofa in the living room and a powder room on the first floor. An extraordinary large private deck off the living room for your relaxing, entertaining or just enjoy the beautiful Santa Fe weather!
Grab a basket and walk to the famous Farmers Market, or to hip Guadalupe Street for shopping and restaurants. It’s a short 5 block stroll to Plaza for summer concerts and the Opera and galleries galore! Great for Gals weekend with shopping and spa retreat, as a Couples getaway or a fun family reunion with much to do just a stroll away. We are inspected annually for fire safety and have the highest rental standards available for your comfort while vacationing in the Land of Enchantment. Our home is immaculate and all furnishings are in excellent condition since we live there part time too! We are proud that our vacation rental helps support the city of Santa Fe with the 8.5% city short term tax.

The host seemed welcoming; however, appeared to not be a local & communication can be slow. The amenities met our needs. The ceiling fans had a lot of dust (understanding New Mexico is a dusty environment). There is road noise from St. Francis Drive as noted in other reviews.Unfortunately, during our stay, contract roofers started their job early which was during our family Christmas vacation (we received a 1 day notice that they would be starting work during our stay). After contacting the host & VRBO customer service, we received a partial refund.

This home is beautifully decorated, with high-end finishes and furnishings, comfortable beds, and plenty of room for dining and relaxing, indoors or out. The location is very good if you are planning to explore the Plaza; we walked to the Georgia O'Keefe museum, St. Francis Basilica, and all around the Plaza, then back.
The owner's agent was very nice and helpful on the phone, and gave us contact information for local property managers in case there were any issues (there were none)
Other reviews I noticed mentioned the traffic noise; while I am personally used to that (I live near a busy street), I can definitely see where that might be an issue for light sleepers who are used to quiet. The home does back up to a major thoroughfare about 20 yards behind, and the 2nd floor bedrooms have windows on that side. On the first floor and the back patio, the noise was not as noticeable due to the fence behind the home.
We did have a couple of minor issues, but not significant enough to complain about: the wifi router could use an upgrade (our Roku stick couldn't connect from a few yards away because the router is locked in a closet and is likely an older model) and the dryer took hours to dry a few tshirts (but they did eventually dry!)
All in all, we had a pleasant stay in a very nice home.
