This two bedroom, 1 1/2 bath DELUXE unit provides privacy nestled in the middle of the complex, allowing for easy access to the pools, tennis courts or to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and white sandy beaches. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets on the balcony off the master suite, go for long walks on the quiet beach, or relax in the Portside hot tub or pools. The West End of Panama City Beach gives you the advantage of being close to the famous restaurants, shops, and attractions of Panama City Beach, with Pier Park within a mile. It is also within easy access to Seaside, Watercolor, and State Parks along Florida's Scenic Highway 30A, and to shopping in Sandestin Outlet Malls.
Master bedroom has a queen bed (with balcony and en-suite). Second bedroom has two twin beds.There is also two twin blowup mattresses and a additional cot. There is parking for two vehicles right outside your door. The living room opens to a patio and green space, for your enjoyment. Park your car and enjoy the 20 acres of tropically landscaped paradise, with three pools (one with waterfalls), hot tub, tennis courts, cabanas, etc. Relax in the cascading waterfall, or walk across the street to the world famous sugar white, sandy beach. The beach house itself was incredibly clean and had everything in it we needed for a family of four for the week. The Portside resort was clean and well-managed with awesome amenities. The location is perfect for getting to the beach and tons of restaurants and activities on the street.
