Portside SA 2 is a Two Bedroom two Bath Townhome 1 block from the Gulf of Mexico. It is located in the front of the complex which gives you a very short walk to the beach. The master Bedroom has a King size bed. The guest Bedroom has 1 Queen size Bed as well as a Twin size Bed. The unit is PET FRIENDLY. There is parking in front of the unit. No waiting for elevators. The kitchen is fully furnished with all of your basic needs.

The location was the best thing about the condo. It’s great for a small family and they accept dogs which is the biggest plus. Could use a little more communication from the owner and more information on check in and costs…. There was an extra $1k in fees not associated with the rental cost plus 50 per car to park. Other than that it was a great place to rent.
