Nestled in olive groves and vineyards this country house accommodation offers all the comforts of new and luxurious fittings in an atmosphere of rustic Italian style. The house is in an excellent sunny position in the countryside yet within walking distance of Colmurano. Situated on the first floor, there is a spacious central living/dining area with adjoining kitchen and large balcony overlooking the pool. Leading off the living area there are three stylish bedrooms, that are all equipped with wardrobes, television and en-suite bathrooms . Outside, there is a landscaped garden that has a BBQ area and offers spectacular views of the surrounding farms and hilltop villages.
Bedrooms:
'Onda' Bedroom 1-double and 1 bunk bed 'wave' because its great sensation of space, high ceiling and far reaching view.
'Estate' Bedroom 1-double and 1 single bed 'summer' because its sense of sun and warmth.
'La culla' bedroom 1 -double bed. 'cuddle' because its sense of care.

Bathrooms:
Luxurious and spacious en-suite bathrooms with toilet, handbasin, bidet and shower that has sliding doors.
Each bathroom has a window for natural light and is equipped with complimentary bathing accessories.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle. For those who love to cook, all necessary utensils, knives, chopping board, etc.

Utility Room:
You are on holiday! But if you really want, we have a washing machine and iron/ironing board.
Living Rooms:
This open plan living/dining room seats 9 people, with CD/Stereo. It has French glass doors that open onto a spacious balcony suitable for dining. No matter the season, it's perfect for a family or for two.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
Towels/linen are included. We do not supply pool/beach towels, but they are available to buy. The property is thoroughly cleaned for your arrival. For longer stays, property is cleaned once a week ,except kitchen materials and cleaning dishes.

Accessibility
The accommodation is reached by outside stairs but once upstairs everything is on one level. Those with mild mobility problems may not find any issue with our accommodation but it has not been adapted for wheelchair access.

Outside
Beautiful landscaped garden with large (10m x 5m) swimming pool . Around the pool there is a large area for relaxing equipped with umbrellas for the shade and a nice BBQ to roast good meat or fish.
The parking space is directly outside the accommodation and you have your own private entrance.
There is ample space for children to play.
Coast/beach, 38 kilometres driving there is the beaches of Civitanova Marche,Porto sant'Elpidio and Porto san Giorgio. We have either Conero Peninsula in 45 minutes driving such as Numana and Porto Novo than palm trees coast such as San Benedetto del Tronto. Information on local amenities available in the house. The Marche has got over 100 km of coastline, with too many beaches to mention.

Golf
Nearby, there is a driving range for practice and beginners. For a more challenging golf experience good courses can be found within a 1 hour drive.Conero Golf Club is an hours drive from the property. The club has two paths. The 18 championship holes (a par 72, 5.969mt long), and a wide zone at the bottom of a valley with water obstacles and differences in height. The second is the 'Executive' path (9 holes par 29 1.408 mt long). It is ideal both for the newbie's and those who want to perfect the short game. For practicing, there is a driving range with partially covered positions and a wide putting green. A teacher is always available for lessons, together with a vast calendar of championships.


Special Interest Holidays
Our accommodation is situated a few kilometres from the edge of the Sibillini national park, where many outdoor activities are available such as mountain biking,(we also let rent mountain bikes),hill walking, birdwatching, kayaking, climbing,paragliding.Guided visits to the park must be booked in advance in the summer months. They provide 4 different themed itineraries - exploring the themes of history, flowers, magic and religion in the park. You can tour the park by car, bike, or on foot, whichever suits the place you are visiting. There are 14 circular routes in the Monti Sibillini, each of which can be walked in a day, and the Great Ring by mountain bike, which can be comfortably completed in 4 or 5 days.
In the middle of July,there is also a very famous village festival in Colmurano, called 'Pizzagra' with home made pizza and many typical things to eat, such as spicy beans, grilled sausages and lamb, pasta cooked in different ways while street artists are performing.
How to get there
The nearest airport is Ancona/Falconara 1 hour drive, serviced by Ryanair.
There is also an other Ryanair airport in Pescara which is 2 hours drive or Perugia. Car is recommended but airport pick up and drop off's can be arranged on request.

The village of Colmurano is within walking distance of 1km.
many other important towns such as: Loreto, Macerata with spheristerium, Assisi, Conero peninsula, Visso, Sarnano, Ascoli Piceno, San Benedetto (palms tree coast), Frasassi caves are all within easy driving distance.
