Large , newly renovated holiday home, close to the Adriatic coast, in traditional charming Marche style with 5 bedrooms which sleeps 10 people. In addition there are 3 extra beds for children and a baby cot. So in total up to 13 people can stay in the house.
The house is available for weekly rent and is suitable for large families or 2-family gatherings. It consists of 3 floors / levels:
Ground floor: Large kitchen, laundry room, dining room, living room, bedroom and bathroom. (The bedroom and the small bathroom can act as an independent unit and have a separate entrance: Perfect for seniors ..)
2nd level: 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In addition, access to a large terrace with 180 ° degree views of rolling landscapes counting nearly 20 hills with medieval villages on top.
3rd level: 1 room, 1 playroom and bathroom.
A total of two bedroms have air conditioning available. These are the bedrooms on the ground level and the master bedroom in second level. In addition the room at the top floor Aldo have aircondition. This is available on request for a small additional compensation. The other bedrooms have either ceiling fans or floor-standing fans.
Central heating ensures possible full-year use.

The bright living room has a piano and simple TV set with DVD player, there are many children's movies available.

The house has washing machine, dishwasher, iron, gas stove, fridge with freezer, kettle, simple coffee machine, spoon mixer and a good selection of standard kitchenware.
The dining room has a long table with 8 chairs, but there are around 30 outdoor chairs and 3 outdoor tables available.

Outside the house there are large grassy areas and also patios and terraces, all with beautiful views. The whole garden area is fenced in and beautifully landscaped with pool area which has a large sun umbrella and pergola for shade or outside dining in addition to 7 sun beds. By the pool there is also a solar-heated outdoor shower.


The property is surrounded by cultivated fields of sunflowers and wheat, vineyards and olive groves. On the property there is an old well (child proof, with a locked door) as well as a small, restored ex-pig board and a large garage, where a spacious part is available to guests. Here you will find outdoor toys, bikes & kick scooters and a new table tennis table. Just outside the garage there is also a large trampoline with safety net.

The house is south facing, sheltered and quiet, but with easy access from the main road. Sun from morning to evening, with several shaded areas, including awning on the large 2nd level terrace.
It takes around 5 min to drive to the nearest grocery store which has a large selection and several ready made dishes. Driving to the Adriatic Coast takes only about 25 minutes. Nearest beach area is at Porto San Giorgio, where you will find family-friendly sandy beaches and a great selection of restaurants, playgrounds and other beach facilities.

The nearest small village is Magliano di Tenna, with a beautiful view of it from the house and which you can drive to in 5 minutes. Here there is a popular small restaurant, Osteria Dell'Arco, worth a visit. Fermo, the largest city in the area is about 15 minutes away by car and there are several cafes for relaxing in its beautiful main square in the heart of the medieval center. The picturesque mountains can be reached in an hour.

It is advantageous to have a car available. Nearest airport is in Ancona about 50-60 min away. Pescara Airport is about 90 minutes away and Rome and Bologna can be reached in about 3 hours by car.
