Kouros Chania Villas are located in a natural paradise surrounded by a large olive grove, 500m away from the beach of Maleme. The scenery changes from sea to mountain and the view is blue and green as far as the eye can see. The Villas are suited to people who demand relaxation, comfort, luxury and enjoy living in touch with nature. Maleme (16 Km away from the center of the city of Chania) is part of the Municipality of Platanias which is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the prefecture of Chania. Its location gives chances for daily excursions to many natural and archaeological sites of attraction and unique night life.
The combination of sea and mountain and the mild Mediterranean climate, with temperatures in winter around 18°C and in summer around 35°C, offers sport lovers a wide variety of activities throughout the year.
From water sports including swimming, sailing, kayak, windsurfing, water-skiing and free-diving are big favourites. The country is suitable for mountain climbing, bicycling,biking paragliding and horse riding.

Villas ΑΤΗΙΝΑ and APOLON of Kouros Chania Villas can host up to 6+2 persons after communicating, in a fully air-conditioned 120m² indoor space with 44m² verandas and balconies and a 73m² terrace with an outdoor private pool.
On the first floor are, the master bedroom features a double big size bed and its own en-suite W.C. with shower, a second bedroom with a double bed and another one with a bunk bed and a sofa bed. In the same floor there is a big luxury bathroom
On second floor there is a large open-plan space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning room, a living room ( with an angular sofa 3.40m x 3.50m, a desktop computer and a sofa bed), a big veranda (5.90m x 3.35m) furnished with a wooden table (2.40m x 1m ) and 8 armchairs for dining outside.
On the terrace there is small pool, barbeque, a pergola (4.5m x 3.5m), sundecks, table, chairs,a shower and a W.C.
At the outside area there is a private pool, sundecks, table with chairs and parasol.
