Accommodating up to 5 guests in 2 bedrooms, it conveniently features 2 bathrooms and a superb fully equipped kitchen. There are grocery stores, bars, and restaurants close by, plus Bonci, the most famous pizzeria in Rome.

Ideally located for visiting Rome's most famous sights on foot or by metro, the apartment is situated on a quiet street which receives very little traffic. High-end designer stores and beautiful buildings make Prati a jewel in Rome's crown, while the local cuisine is renowned - Bonci pizzeria and La Pasticceria Siciliana are out of this world!
The Kitchen/Dining Room: Fully equipped for cooking and eating, with a table and chairs, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, concealed microwave, plus a carbon monoxide detector.
The Main Bedroom: Sleeps up to 3 people. Luxurious Queen sized bed with chic quilted headboard, surrounding storage units, and spotlights. Comfortable sofabed, radiator, television, and air conditioning. A light and bright room with a relaxing atmosphere to guarantee a good night's sleep!
The Master Bathroom: Elegant and modern with WC, bidet, sink, large walk-in shower cubicle, and radiator. Clean and stylish with a luxurious feel. The washer-dryer is located here.
The Second Bedroom: Clean and bright with modern décor. 2 single beds with matching nightstand, wardrobe, and desk and chair with shelving above. Radiator and air conditioning.
The Second Bathroom: A private en-suite for the second bedroom, with WC, sink, and shower cubicle plus luxury finishes including modern chrome heated towel rail.

The host offers flexible check-in/check-out times but needs to know in advance guests' arrival times
On arrival, documents are required from each guest, including passport numbers. For Italian fiscality and security reasons the person who placed the booking is required to sign a contract, an English copy of which will be given to the guests
We'd like our guests to be informed that since the 1st of October 2023 Rome City Council is asking for an overnight accommodation tax on tourist service in the city. This fee, 6,00 euros per night (10 nights maximum to be paid cash) per person (with the exception of children up to 10 years and in Rome residents), is not included in the total rate, and has to be paid cash upon arrival.

Max was a wonderful host, meeting us at the curb late at night and welcoming us with delicious treats. The apartment was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Max was helpful with recommendations of his favorites restaurants and how to use the metro for those that had not been. We would definitely stay again.

The owner, Max, is fantastic! We had a very warmth welcome to his apartment. Max waited for us downstairs and greeted us as soon as we got off from our transport. Rushing to help us with our luggage to his apartment.
Max even prepared some unexpected welcome gifts. His apartment is clean and comfortable. Fully equipped and minutes away to all you need - including a less than 10 min walk to Carrefour grocery. If you missed getting your souvenir in downtown Rome, there are a few shops near his apartment. Also, plenty of restaurants near his apartment.
Definitely will stay in Max's apartment should we be visiting Rome again! Thanks Max!

Max was very helpful with any questions we had. The apartment itself is perfect for four people. Very clean and would definitely recommend it a for two couples or a couple with two children.
