This spacious and welcoming apartment accommodates up to 7 guests and is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to experience Rome from a truly unique location.
Simply cross the street and you’ll find yourself admiring one of the most breathtaking views in the world: the magnificent Dome of St. Peter’s Basilica.
The apartment offers guests 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
THE BEDROOMS:
The first spacious bedroom with one king-size bed (or two twin beds upon request) has a private en-suite bathroom.
The second is a large triple bedroom with one king-size bed and one twin bed, with a private bathroom located next to the room.
The tird is a comfortable double bedroom, also featuring a private en-suite bathroom and offers an unforgettable view of the Dome , especially magical at night when it is beautifully illuminated.
THE BATHROOMS:
With three bathrooms in total, each bedroom has access to its own private bathroom with a large shower, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy for all guests.
THE LIVING ROOM:
The spacious and bright living room is furnished with two sofas — including a stunning yellow leather Chesterfield — and a dining area with an extendable table and seating for everyone.
THE KITCHEN:
Fully equipped and offering yet another spectacular view of the Dome, the kitchen includes all major appliances, such as a washing machine, dishwasher, conventional oven, and microwave.
The entire apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi.
MOVING AROUND THE AREA
The apartment is located in the heart of Rome, in the VATICAN neighborhood.
The most convenient way to reach us from the airports is by taxi or private driver. We would be happy to arrange a private car or van service tailored to your needs upon request.
Alternatively, there is an affordable connection from FCO Airport via shuttle bus; it departs from the Terminal 3 parking area and will drop you near Termini Station .
From there the bus n.64 stops in front of the building (We recommend keeping a close eye on your bags and wallets while using public transportation).
Access by private car is possible, but more complicated, as parking—although available on the street—can be difficult to find.

Gracious hosts that helped make sure our stay was perfect! A lovely apartment with spectacular views of the Vatican. Within walking distance of markets, great restaurants and St Peters. The apartment is on a busy street so a cautionary note to visitors unaccustomed to city noises may find the front bedroom to be a bit loud. Also, while the apartment is beautifully furnished we found the mattresses to be uncomfortably hard. Despite these small things we plan on returning to this spectacular property again next year!!

Beautiful 3 Bedroom, 3 bath with Vatican view, short walk to St. Peter square, half mile to Metro station. Alessia was very responsive to communications, Dorina very helpful with info at check in. Lovely vacation, thank you for sharing your lovely home.

The beds are extremely hard, do not expect a good night sleep to begin with but if you are in the front room the road noise is extremely loud. The front bedroom A/C worked very well, but the bigger bedroom A/C did not cool well and the expectation is to turn the A/C off when you are not in the apartment, so it takes a while to cool. The living/breakfast area do not have an A/C unit so only the bedrooms are Air Conditioned.
Wi/Fi is mediocre at best, so don't expect to stream on multiple devices. Highly suggest that they provide more than one set of towels per person when you have booked for 6 nights.
Just as a tip, if you are planning on doing all the sights in Rome, this location is close to the bus route but we found that the metro is much more dependable in Rome. This location is a 15 minute walk to the metro on the other side of the Vatican. So when we return to Rome, we will stay somewhere closer to a metro stop.
There is a mini-market right downstairs which is handy if you need anything simple and a number of restaurants close by. The best restaurants are about a 10 to 15 minute walk or bus ride.
