Ok I don't know where to start .
The location needless to say is AMAZING, very central, fun and very safe, 2 minutes from the St. Peter Square and the train station. Walking distance from all the important attractions, close to a supermarket, .a nice area to just go roaming around and enjoy shopping, food or just the amazing art around every corner. Really if you walk around randomly and enter any basilica it is a piece of sophisticated art. Really look right or left art is everywhere.
Our host Cristina is INCREDIBLE, she is very helpful ,very friendly ,very hospitable and jolly.
The apartment is such a cozy place with lovely bedrooms, spotless and has ALL the facilities you need as if an apartment hotel not just an apartment (and even more), to start with the simple things you find shampoo, conditioner, clean towels, clean bed ,to the big things, like having a washing machine, with all the detergents, cleaning utilities, iron, umbrellas for the rain, baby crib, extra bed sheets, television, a very good functioning kitchen with all the basics of oil ,salt, pepper ,coffee and alot more.
Cristina greeted us with typical italian welcome drink. Showed us how to do amazing coffee the Italian way.
I would like to note that this apartment is relatively baby friendly, no sharp edges and our toddler was moving freely and safely.
Cristina was replying to my daily inquires promptly and giving us the best recommendations ever for food, visits and tickets and she was never bored from my continuous questions.
I have been to Rome 3 times by far this is the best stay.
Even the car she arranged to pick us up was on time and took us upon our request to Colosseum so happily and welcoming.
We really enjoyed our stay as a young couple with a toddler. It was very enjoyable ,fun and smooth,

This apartment is the crème de la crème of all serviced apartments in Rome!
Our host, Cristina do is absolutely the best! She was there upon arrival, helpful in getting us settled, spoke perfect english and is a very warm person.
Cristina also arranged to have us picked up and driven to the apartment. She made private tour reservations for us to visit the Vatican and the Colosseum. She made dinner reservations for us at a wonderful restaurant.
It was so nice to be able to get to most places without relying on taxis or other modes of transportation, everything is at walking distance. There are also some great restaurants right near the apartment.
Great place to stay in Rome, especially for the location which is unbeatable – front of the Vatican with amazing view to Dome of Vatican!
The apartment has been converted into a posh flat complete with well equiped kitchen, speedy Wi-Fi, air conditioning, comfy beds, modern bathrooms and all the other conveniences that most Roman apartments do not have!!!
