Surf Side Shores #2205 is a Gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 2nd floor in building II overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 820 sq ft with views of the Gulf from the living room and Gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size washer and dryer. There are 2 full en suite bathrooms. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo and the interiorly located guest bedroom has a bathroom with a shower only. Both bedrooms have king size beds. Unit sleeps 4 and does not have a sofa sleeper.
Surf Side Shores I and II are 9-story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beachside pools, one of which is a heated/extended season pool, and a small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services buildings I and II. 2 car limit. Stays longer than 30 days must purchase parking pass(s) for every month.

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.
*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

The condo was as described. We couldn't have asked for anything better right on the beach! Security gaurd at the gate at all times. We look forward to staying here again! Not over crowded, easy driving distance to all the fun attractions and restaurants, overall an aqesome place for all ages.

Checking in and out went smoothly. The condo property is well kept and very secure. Location is easy to get to and close to everything we needed, including a pizza place across the street we used often.The layout and furnishings of the condo are beautiful, functional, and kid friendly.
