Surf Side Shores #2606 is a west corner gulf-front 1 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 6th floor in building II overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 820 sq ft with views of the gulf from the over-sized living area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths. The primary bedroom has an attached bathroom with stand-up shower. The 2nd bath has a tub/shower combo and is accessed via the living/hall area. There is a queen size murphy bed in living area. Queen, Queen, No Sofa Sleeper. Sleeps 4
Surf Side Shores I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beach side pools, one of which is an extended season pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. One car limit. Stays longer than 30 days must purchase parking pass(s) for every month.

The unit was in a nice location. Loved the outdoor heated pool and that we were right on the beach. We felt safe. Updates have been made to the condo (paint, lightening, countertops, window treatments, decor, some leather recliners) etc.) However, the overall cleanliness was a big disappointment. There was an area rug in the living room. It was quite pretty. However, it smelled terribly. We rolled it up and could plainly see from the back there was a large stain on it…and it was dirty n stained. The calking around the base of the toilets was gross…orange/yellow stained. Door frames, doors, light plate switches, the wall into the condo were sooooo in need of a deep cleaning. There was a constant foul odor in the condo the whole time we were there. The top of the frig and the outside of it, yuck. The upholstered chairs around the table n breakfast nook were badly stained n soiled. The mattress needs to be replaced…saggy and not much support. And the elevator, three days in a row, it was broke down at various times of the day. stain
