Built in 2001 this three bedroom - 2 bath post and beam home sits directly next to beautiful haystack Golf Course in Wilmington, Vermont.
This house is in a small private community ten minutes from Mt. Snow, 30 minutes to Stratton and only two miles from downtown Wilmington for shops and restaurants. 5 minutes from Hermitage Resort and Haystack mountain.
Harriman Reservoir is nearby for boating and fishing.
There are many hiking and snowmobiling trails in the area.
You will enjoy the large deck with access to and views of the golf course.
The exposed beams combined with lots of natural light, comfortable furniture and a new 36" flat screen TV make this home truly unique and very relaxing.

Alistair was very informative, letting us know about recent renovation work in advance. The house is so cute, complete, and clean! Plus it is a peaceful spot and fun to watch the golfers. Highly recommend!

Love the hot tub and back porch area. Halfway up haystack so plenty of trails around. Responsive host. We’ve been staying here for years.

Husband and I were looking for a place to stay while visiting family nearby. Love, love, love staying here. One of my all time favorite rentals for sure. Perfect distance from family and plenty of dining options in town. It was super clean, had several sleeping options, 2 bathrooms (which was not necessary for us but a nice perk), and a hot tub that was a nice way to relax at the end of the day. This property is on the golf course, so the view was nestled between the 3rd hole and mature pinetrees. Another perk which totally came in handy was a washer dryer ! You don't always find those in rentals. Efficient fans in each room kept us cool on these warm summer nights. Check in was easy and the host was very responsive with questions. There really wasn't anything to not like at this property. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very charming house. Very nice and safe area. Pretty convenient as well once you get the lay of the land, it is really super. Would be really good for a family with younger children on a ski vacation or super on a golf vacation. Loved it
