Enjoy this luxury 3 level 2100 square foot (sleeps 10) gorgeous townhome just 2 miles from the quaint Village of Wilmington and 4 miles from Mt Snow which offers year round recreation. After wiping off your shoes in the large mud room entrance, relax in the large open living room with vaulted ceilings that provide sweeping views of the mountains through the floor to ceiling windows. Enjoy the wood burning fire place for those cooler nights, with lots of cozy places to relax, and a large outdoor deck to star gaze. Open loft bedroom on third floor overlooks the main living room and has a California king bed, own full bathroom and work space area. Enjoy preparing family meals in the spacious kitchen with a gas stove, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances which opens to the dining area and a large table seating 8 on the main floor. There is a 1/2 bath as well. Downstairs is a large bedroom with 2 queen beds, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with double sinks, separate shower and jacuzzi bathtub. Bunk beds in second bedroom sleeps 4 kids or 2 adults and 2 kids. Also has own bathroom with tub. Large separate laundry room on this level too. Turning left out of the development and taking the winding road, in 10 minutes you are in the heart of Wilmington with quaint shops, cafes and fine dining. Snowmobile trail at the bottom of the street to the right of the development becomes a biking trail in summer. Enjoy skiing in winter or picnics, canoeing, kayaking and swimming in the many lakes around, biking and hiking on the many local trails, in summer. The area has rolling hills with cows grazing, roadside stands to buy fresh blueberry pies, petting farms for the kids, farmers markets with local meat, cheese and produce, shops and galleries displaying Vermont arts & crafts, farm to table restaurants and seasonal festivities. 2.5 hours from Boston, 4 hours from NY. A great place to enjoy any season. We ❤️ our home in the mountains and hope you enjoy your stay!

A very good experience for a first time home away renter especially having very helpful chats with The home owner. Property was fully equipped, can't ask for more. My friends and I had a very good time.

We stayed at Barbaras’ condo for a weekend while attending a wedding in the area, accommodations were very clean and comfortable and was well stocked with all the necessities. The views off the patio are amazing! Would not hesitate to stay here again if we are in the area, thank you Barbara,
