Luxury Winter Vermont Townhouse Close to Mt Snow!

Seeking winter renters 11/15/26 to 1/12/27 (4 night minimum/50 night maximum) for our luxury 3 level 2100 square foot (sleeps 8) gorgeous townhome just 2 miles from the quaint Village of Wilmington, 5 minutes to The Hermitage Club, 10 minutes to Mt Snow and 30 minutes to Stratton via Penny Road. After wiping off your shoes in the convenient mud room entrance, relax in the large open living room with vaulted ceilings that provide sweeping views of the mountains through the floor to ceiling windows. Enjoy the wood burning fire place for those cooler nights, with lots of cozy places to relax, and a large outdoor deck to star gaze. Open loft bedroom on third floor overlooks the main living room and has a California king bed, own full bathroom and work space area. Enjoy preparing family meals in the newly renovated spacious kitchen with a gas stove, quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances which opens to the dining area and a large table seating 8 - 12 on the main floor. (We have leaves you can use to expand the table). There is a 1/2 bath as well on the main floor. Downstairs is a large bedroom with 2 queen beds, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with double sinks, separate shower and jacuzzi bathtub. Bunk beds in second bedroom sleeps 4 kids or 2 adults and 2 kids and has its own bathroom with tub. Large separate laundry room on this level too. Turning left out of the development and taking the winding road, in 5 minutes you are in the heart of Wilmington with quaint shops, cafes and fine dining. Nearby are snowmobile trails, skiing, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, sleigh riding, and ice skating in winter. The area has rolling hills, roadside stands selling maple story and Vermont cheese, a store called The Farmers Market with local meat, bakery and produce, plus shops and galleries displaying Vermont arts & crafts, farm to table restaurants and seasonal festivities. 2.5 hours from Boston, 4 hours from NY.
