Es war mit kleinen Abstrichen in Ordnung.
Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Lage ist sehr gut. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten.
Wir waren über Silvester in der Wohnung und es war sehr kalt die ersten beiden Tage, die Wohnung verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung und diese hätte man durchaus auch einen Tag vorher benutzen können. Der zweite negative Punkt war die Sauberkeit, dafür kann der Vermieter allerdings nichts. Die Wohnung war nicht ordentlich gereinigt, besonders das Bad und die Dusche waren nicht sauber. Noch ein kleiner Hinweis: wenn 4 Personen ein Bad nutzen, dann sollte auch die Möglichkeit bestehen, die Handtücher zum Trocknen aufzuhängen, dies kann man über Haken, die einfach über den Türrahmen gehängt werden, preiswert ermöglichen.
