Great location, modern furnishings, clean, wonderful sauna and fireplace.
The picture of the outside might make you think it would be older inside -- but everything is perfectly modern, well decorated, and almost like new. The furnishings are quality, the place very clean, and the kitchen/bathrooms are clean and have new appliances. Fully-stocked kitchen, pretty much any kitchen tool you can need. Sauna worked great. Barbecue in the yard was useful.
If you bring your own sheets, the bed sizes are slightly off from what we thought were normal sizes. Neighborhood was very quiet when we were there, but maybe more busy during high season (but then again, what area in Zingst won't be busy in the high season?)

Es war sehr entspannend und weinge Schritte zum Strand.
Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter war hervorragend, Garten und Haus waren gepflegt und sauber. Stellplatz für 2 Pkw's vorhanden. Dazu gebuchtes Wäschepaket war vorhanden, Betten waren bei der Ankunft gleich bezogen. Hecke um das Grundstück und gute Privatsphäre. 2 Bäder das ist ein Pluspunkt bei zwei Familien. Wenige Meter die Straße runter ging es direkt zum Strand.

Perfekt für den Familienurlaub am wunderschönen Ostseestrand
Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus. Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt – das Haus ist modern, gepflegt und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war tipptopp sauber und bestens ausgestattet, sodass es uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt hat. Besonders gefallen hat uns die perfekt ausgestattete Küche, der großzügige Wohnbereich mit gemütlicher Terrasse, perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Strandtag und das Hüttle gefüllt mit allem (auch Stühle, Strandmuschel und Sandelsachen) was man am Strand so benötigt. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch nah zum Ortskern, mit Restaurants, kleinen Geschäften und natürlich dem herrlichen Ostseestrand in bequemer Reichweite. Auch die Umgebung lädt zu Fahrradtouren und Spaziergängen ein – wir konnten die Natur in vollen Zügen genießen. Ein großes Lob auch an den Gastgeber für die reibungslose Organisation und die freundliche Kommunikation. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf das Wohl der Gäste gelegt wird. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gern wieder. Ein perfekter Ort für einen erholsamen und gleichzeitig abwechslungsreichen Urlaub an der Ostsee! 🌊✨

Alles was aanwezig in de woning, bijvoorbeeld uitgebreid keukengerei en basis ingrediënten. Er was fijn contact met de verhuurder, er werd snel gereageerd op berichten.
Er viel niks tegen. Het enige wat ik een beetje miste was een informatiemapje over bijvoorbeeld het scheiden van afval (gaat anders dan in Nederland) en waar je het afval kwijt kan.

Sehr schöne Doppelhaushälfte, komplett ausgestattet, große Küchenzeile, großer Esstisch für 6 Personen, es fehlte nichts ! Ruhige Straße, dicht am Strand !
