The property does not meet safety standards
Location is nice, walking distance to the beach
The owners claim 1200 Euro in damages. Supposedly we broke the bed. We had normal use of the property and the bed, did not move it, just slept on it. There was zero damage to the bed and other claims they made are fake as well. They have not responded to my messages. The railing for the stairs going to the loft is loose, totally unsafe. The railing upstairs is also a fall hazard. They have NOT responded to this concern. I have contacted booking.com, no response yet. If no response from either booking or the owners I will need to find out which authority handles safety hazards of vacation rentals in Germany

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit katzensprungartiger Entfernung zum Strand.
Vielen dank für die so schöne Ferienwohnung und die damit verbundene, tolle Zeit! Das hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Nähe zum Strand ist perfekt und lässt immer wieder einen spontanen Gang dorthin zu.. Toll auch, dass ausreichend Insektenschutz vorhanden ist, sollte überall Standard sein, dennoch wichtig zu erwähnen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine gute Zeit hier.
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, etwas abseits vom Zentrum von Zingst, aber nur ein kurzer Weg bis zum Strand.
Bei Ankunft war die Wohnung nicht gereinigt, der Vermieter war sehr bemüht, die Reinigungsfirma zu kontaktieren, was leider fehlschlug. Der Vermieter hat aber umgehend die Reinigungskosten erstattet. Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist sehr steil!!

Schön ausgestattete Wohnung in Strandnähe
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, liebevoll und hochwertig ausgestattet und sehr ruhig, aber nahe am Strand gelegen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war aufmerksam und alles bestens geklappt. Sehr zu empfehlen!
