About this apartment rental
Casa Valier is an apartment on the first floor of a sixteenth century building. The apartment is spread over 120 square meters, it consists of a lounge with sitting area and a small bathroom, one you reach in the foyer you access to the kitchen, the bedroom, the twin bedroom and the main bathroom .The apartment has been totally restored but in order to respect the story and the architecture of the building we use 2 portable airconditioner machines.
In our apartment you can find the taste of legend and the magic of luxurious places you read in romances. Fabric tapestry and ancient forniture, with Murano lights let you dream about the live of Venetian nobles of the Republic of Venezia.
San Marco district does not need any introduction: it is the center of the world, where everyone comes, everyone wants to see it, and you're there!
The house is located close to the main shopping streets, restaurants and services.

150 meters from the Basilica of San Marco
170 meters from the Doge's Palace
170 meters from the Bridge of Sighs
350 meters from Rialto
350 meters from the Accademia bridge
The vaporetto stops to Alilaguna and ACTV closer, they are:
Rialto and San Marco, where the services are constant both during the day than at night.
In the apartment you have: TV, free wifi, equippes kitchen, hair dryer, sheets and towels.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vanessa’s place, which is nestled in a historic building just steps from San Marco Square. The location was incredibly central—perfect for exploring Venice on foot—yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful at night. Her apartment was full of character and charm, with a rich sense of history that added to the overall experience. It truly felt like a unique and authentic Venetian home.

We stayed at this apartment last week. The apartment could not be better located. It is a VERY short distance from St. Marco square and downstairs are lots of restaurants and places to shop.. The place is in excellent shape and everything works well.We love the way it is decorated in a manner that makes you feel like you are in old Venice but with all the modern conveniences. The bathroom and kitchen are very modern. Our host was very nice and gave us lots of tips and recommendations to make our stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment and if we go to Venice again will be sure to rent the apartment again. Bill
