About this house rental
An immaculately maintained contemporary style house with a brand new kitchen, a large pool and and an organic vegetable garden. It's minutes to Sag Harbor village. Ideal for a couple or a family wanting peace and quiet as well as convenience. My house has a lot of privacy surrounded by large oak trees but is only 10-15 minute walk to the Village, 3 minute drive to the nearest beach (The Long beach) and 10 minute drive to an ocean beach (The Ocean Road beach). The house is very sunny and airy with a spacious living room, skylights and a vaulted ceiling. Also in the living room are large, comfortable sofas and a brand new Samsung flat panel TV. The house has a great kitchen recently updated with beautiful cabinetries, a large island and new appliances such as an induction stove (much quicker than regular stoves but doesn't give out as much heat).
A large master bed room suite on the second level with a fire place and a separate balcony. The room has big closets and a canopy bed with a high quality mattress, and luxury bedding. Behind the bedroom is a spacious bathroom with a shower, skylights and a bath tub. On the main level are two additional bedrooms and a full bath.
Plus more than two acres of the organic garden. You can enjoy fresh watermelons, red peppers, tomatoes and basil from the garden while you're staying at the house. Last, but not least, the house is close to tennis courts, a winery and a yoga studio, offering something for almost everyone.

Clean home. Great location near Mashashimuet Park and another half mile to Sag harbor town. Quiet area. Home did have any hills around the front property which was a bit ugly but property clean and fun to take a walk through the organic garden. Pool clean but chilly in July & August. Host was lovely and prompt with any info. Layout of kitchen/dining/living room is very family friendly.

Just as advertised, private and quiet but close to town. Our small, multi-generational family weekend was so enhanced by the serene setting and decor. The open floor plan and easy deck and lovely pool were just what we needed for a refreshing long family weekend. Thank you, Grace.

I wanted to thank our host for her home. We’re a group of fitness friends who gather out east annually & the home was in a great location and offered us everything we wanted: comfy beds, great pool & deck, washer/dryer, and lots of space for the 8 of us. While we didn’t cook or grill, the oven was easy to use for our reheated meals. The house is on a large, well kept property with trees all around which provides solitude. We had no complaints and would stay again.

This property is great for a family who wants to be near the town. It is a walking distance of about 8 minutes to a large playground and park and another 10 into town. It is a two minute drive to Long Beach.
The pool is lovely with bright exposure early in the day and partially shaded later on the day to protect from sunburn. Importantly for young kids, the pool is well heated. If you have a pet it is terrific and the owner is relaxed about and welcoming of pets ( we brought our Goldendoodle 9 month old).
It is surrounded by trees and feels secluded and private. From hevpoll deck it is hard to see any other properties.
