This 3600 sq feet center hall colonial with wrap around porch and solar heated pool is a 5 minute walk to a private community sandy beach and 16 minute walk to Sag Harbor Village. This exceptional property is fully loaded and includes a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, Viking stove with grill, and Bosch dishwasher. The kitchen opens to a large family room with a 65' Flat Screen HDTV. The WiFi was upgraded in June 2020 including a new Eero mesh system.The sliding door in the family room opens to the wrap around porch that leads to the stone Patio. The patio sport the top of the line Stainless Steel 6 burner Weber Summit Grill and a Brown Jordan glass top patio dining set for 6. The solar heated pool is 3 1/2 feet deep on the shallow end and 8 feet deep at the deep end. This home also has central air-conditioning, wireless Internet access, cable, 2nd floor washer dryer and a HDTV in each bedrooms.

This home is perfect. Spacious, everything updated, comfortable. Home away from home. Easy walk to town which we did every day. Incredible restaurants. Highly recommended.

The house is perfectly located close to town and near the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook. Beds were so comfortable and beach towels/chairs provided The pool was wonderful as well clean and very peaceful sitting on the lounges. The house has so much charm and was just perfect for our family get away.

The house is conveniently located near downtown Sag Harbor- beds were comfortable and clean. All amenities in kitchen were nice. We enjoyed gathering in the big family room at the end of the day.Owners are very nice folks and very easy to communicate with- highly recommend!
