Lovely 5 BR, 5 Bath sunfilled traditional home in Sag Harbor Village perched on a hill, a quick stroll or bike ride to downtown sag harbor and bay beaches. Central location is 10 minute drive to East Hampton and Bridgehampton. Luxuriate and entertain friends in backyard oasis with heated gunite pool and hot tub (AVAILABLE MEMORIAL DAY TO END OF SEPTEMBER), patio and deck areas. 3800 square foot home on .5 acre boosts 2 floors with an additional large finished lower level. Gracious double height entry leads to spacious, open kitchen with large center island and great room with vaulted ceilings, beautiful skylights, flat screen TV and French doors. In addition, there is a guest bedroom, bath, sitting area, and laundry room. On the second level, there is a master bedroom which overlooks the pool and gardens with ensuite bathroom, 2 guest bedrooms and 2 baths (one ensuite). The basement level boosts a 800 sq. ft. finished space with oversized windows which provide natural light, oversized sectional sofa, flat screen TV/cable, workout room with cardio equipment (elliptical machine, treadmill, recumbent bike), foosball and ping pong table, electronic keyboard, guest bedroom and bath, and young kids’ playroom. Additional features include WIFI/Internet access, driveway with ample parking, whole house filtered water system, multi-zoned heating and air conditioning system.

This was our fourth summer stay at this beautiful Sag Harbor abode and we cannot WAIT to go back next year! This is truly the perfect house for families. Our children (3.5 and 5 years old) love the pool (and the hot tub) and the huge yard that they can run and play games in. The playroom in the basement is also a nice escape for them (and their parents!) The house is truly a great refuge for families like ours: it's large enough where everyone can have their space (i.e., when children are napping and the parents are watching TV, reading or listening to music) without disturbing each other. It's such a close walk to town (or scoot or bike ride) and the private bay beach is truly a treasure. The beach is walkable and close enough to the house, but if you're transporting a lot of stuff (for your toddlers and yourself), there is a small, private parking lot that makes the toting so easy! The privacy of the bay beach made for nice, long days of relaxation and play and the people in the neighborhood are so lovely. This is truly a family neighborhood and we are so fortunate to round out our summer here. The hostess is SO responsive and we've never had any issues reaching her. The house is beautiful and well kept. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable and children can freely play because there's not a lot of cars/traffic. Thank you for another dream stay! We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this clean, spacious home. It was just a short walk to the Village of Sag Harbor and all of its shops and restaurants. The beach was also a short walk from the house and the pool was perfect for a relaxing afternoon. The hosts were very responsive, answering all of our questions in a timely manner. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Highly recommend.

We love this house so much! Perfect location to walk to bay beaches and Sag Harbor, very convenient to all the other towns in the Hamptons. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped with the best backyard set up, dream kitchen, spacious living rooms and bedrooms. Thanks Taran and Roy for another great stay! We'll be back!

Taran, a truly gracious host, sets the stage for a perfect Sag Harbor experience. The house is elegant but kid friendly; kitchen a dream for multiple cooks; beds and sofas supremely cozy; the well-soundproofed basement furnished with elliptical, treadmill and bike for the fitness-minded, and foosball, junior ping-pong and piano for the fun-seekers. The pool and deck are spectacular, and we loved lounging in the hammock and listening to the breeze rustle the tall trees around the yard. All this, and a great location on a quiet street near the bay as well. Thank you for a week that will sustain us all year.
