This is our fourth stay in an oceanfront condo at this resort. We loved the location and the view was amazing. However, the carpets were wet and stayed damp for days. This produced a musty smell. Every other condo we have rented here had beach chairs and a cooler available for us to use. This unit did not. Beyond basic pantry items, salt and pepper only. No tin foil, plastic baggies etc. we own and rent several properties and our renters always rave about the extra touches we provide. For the increased price, I expected a little more.

This was our second time staying at this resort. First time, diffferent condo, had a huge welcome basket, wine, cheese, crackers, coffee, chocolates, macadamia nuts, etc. this time.....nothing. Not even a welcome card. Very disappointing. This condo was dated. Chair in living room had a broken cushion, beach amenities were less than what we got in last cooler, no umbrella. Beach chairs were not Tommy Bahama. View was beautiful, but that was the only thing that made this a good place. Pool seemed cold, not heated. Just disappointed when compared to our last stay 2 years ago. I give this resort a 5 star rating overall, but this particular condo a 3
$$$$
