Updated Beachfront Condo! Walk to Old Town Kapa'a

We couldn't have asked for a better home base for our Kauai getaway, and this Kapa'a condo delivered on every front.The updated furnishings are beautiful — modern, tasteful, and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and there was lots of space for our family of 4 adults.What sets this condo apart is how well-equipped it is, not only in the kitchen, but also an impressive selection of beach gear: cooler, umbrellas, chairs, and everything else you'd need to spend a day on the water.The ocean-side setting is stunning and the coastal walking path was great for morning and evening walks/runs.Location-wise, Kapa'a is hard to beat. We found it easy to reach both the North Shore and the South Shore without feeling like we were spending our vacation in the car. Restaurants and shops, were all within easy reach.Betsy was great to communicate with, and we would absolutely stay here again. We recommend this condo anyone looking to experience Kauai at its best!

The condo ended up being just great for our family of 5 adults and one 9 year old. The master bedroom is large, perfect for my son, his wife and 9 year old with a make shift bed on the floor for him. I stayed in the second bedroom, my 36 and 38 yr old stayed in the loft. Added bonus of a small fridge upstairs!Nice view of the sunrise each am on the lanai. It is pretty small but fine for the three of us up early.The kitchen was nicely stocked. We cooked several meals and had no issues. Lots of counter space and although the kitchen is not very big it’s fine for 2 or 3 to dance around while cooking. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas to use for beach outings. Coolers, fins, and other items also. Nice beach towels for all.Beds were okay.The grounds are well kept and the pool is very nice. Lots of space for hanging out. BBQ grill we used worked great. Nice, helpful concierge named Ty. We booked deep sea fishing, ATV’s, Napali coast dinner cruise and zip lining. All were great! There are plenty of beach/swimming needs available for rent at very reasonable rates in the concierge office. We would definitely stay here again!The condo was very hot upon arrival, especially in the loft, and it took the A/C quite awhile to get the place cooled down. Fortunately we arrived about 3pm and by bedtime it was cool enough for sleeping upstairs. Body wash and shampoo/conditioner not the best. Next time we will bring our own. Great location and town of Kapaa is awesome!

Unit was clean and check in process was easy. The hosts included a book with great information on how to keep the unit cool, as well as some of their favorite places in the area!

Everything was good except maybe a better mattress for the pull out bed in the loft and let people know if they r using the ac that they will not be on the lanai with hot air plowing on them when it runs would have been nice to have a fan out there the hosts were great quick to respond always pleasant had a good stay view was excellent
