With stunning ocean and lagoon views, this luxury penthouse also overlooks the sparkling pool and spa. If being surrounded by water is your idea of bliss, then look no further. This condo is the crown jewel of the Ocean Pointe community, and is the BEST that coastal Carlsbad has to offer.
Boasting over 1,700 square feet, this condo comes with dual master bedroom suites, 2 and ½ baths, eat-in kitchen, separate dining area, and a den. The extra high ceilings and expansive windows mean you are awash in the wonderful San Diego sun. Slide open the expansive balcony doors and relish the view and ocean breezes.
The condo provides beautifully hand-scraped hardwood floors in the common areas and lush carpet in the living quarters. Great attention to detail and comfort was taken in the selection of the furnishings. Since this is our second home, we continually update and upgrade during our stays. No detail is too small, and the quality is apparent throughout. You will find only top quality linens, tableware, and the like.
The condo has dual masters with en suite full baths, a king bed in one and a queen in the other, each with their own flat screen Smart HDTV. The king bed master’s bath features double sinks, a step in tiled shower, and large jetted tub. The queen bed master’s bath has dual sinks, expansive counter space, a makeup vanity area, as well as a tub/shower combo.
The upscale kitchen has granite countertops and is stocked with all the necessities and then some. The unit also provides a gas fireplace, A/C, heat, WiFi, washer & dryer, along with two reserved parking spaces in the gated underground garage, conveniently located by the elevator.
To do: Spend a relaxing day shopping in the boutique shops of Carlsbad Village, and enjoy the fine dining. Don’t forget to visit the expansive Farmer’s Market on Wednesdays, which features street food from local restaurants and the finest of produce, flowers and handmade items you will find anywhere. Our complex is on the lagoon trail, which leads to the beautiful Tamarack Beach and famous Carlsbad seawall (just four blocks away). A walk along the seawall at sunset is a wonder to behold.
If you want to branch out, Carlsbad Prime Outlets, Lego Land, and San Diego Botanic Garden are all just a short drive away. Also be sure to check out the San Diego Zoo and pack a picnic lunch for an afternoon in Balboa Park. The view of the San Diego shoreline from Coronado Island isn't to be missed. Mexico is within 50 miles, so make a day of all Tijuana has to offer. If you don’t feel like leaving the beautiful condo with its unbeatable views, and who could blame you, feel free to enjoy books, DVDs, games or puzzles from our extensive collection.

Property was immaculate and tastefully appointed. Very well laid out and spacious. Comfortable beds and living room.
Owner could better explain to neophytes what is involved with Smart TV and need to cast from phone to get channels. Also, no mail box, had to rent at local UPS store.
Otherwise a great stay!

Heather was a fantastic host. She was very communicative and accommodating.
Her condo is a very week decorated two bedroom with a lovely view from the kitchen and living room. The two bedrooms are spacious and welcoming and the outdoor space is great to watch the sunset from. You’ll get used to the freeway noise quickly because of that view.
