House is charmingly decorated, however back bedroom curtains let in way too much light from both the street light and the full moon. Entry upon arrival needs to be updated, our directions told us entry was through the front door when in fact it was through the back door. All three exterior doors have lock boxes on them, we were never able to access a key, instead opening, closing, and locking were accomplished with an electronic lock box on the back door. I messaged Vacasa a week or so before our trip to inquire about the coffee pot situation. I was told there was a Kuerig coffee maker and that no pods were provided. Upon arrival, we discovered there were at least two coffee makers as well as the Kuerig and pods. While I do not have a Kuerig at home, I purchased pods to take with us which was unnecessary. I do not feel that the property managers know this property very well. The floors look clean to the naked eye, however we noticed that when cleaning a spill that the kitchen floor had not been mopped in a while as paper towels used in the spill cleanup came away soaked with muddy water. The bed was comfortable.

We appreciated the host allowing us to book for one night at the Travis house. THe house was easy to find, and had ample parking. We had trouble finding which door had the button combination to get into the house, but found the correct one after some searching. Recommend letting folks know that entry is through the back door by the garage. Also, had a bit of a problem connecting to wifi as the password they texted us had a typo in it. The guest manager answered our text very quikly and figured out what was wrong and gave us correct password.THe House is very comfortable though a little run down as it has much of the original worn interiors that have not been updated. Built ins and antique furniture were beautiful.King size beds were comfy with plenty of pillows (which I like) and nice linens. AC worked well as it was a warm day and ceiling fans in bedrooms were most appreciated. I was nervous walking around on the bare wood floors in bare feet or socks as they are old and original and had many nails in them. I would suggest finishing this floor better or replacing with LVT or new wood if possible. Comfy living room area with a big TV and a snuggly worn leather couch duo. A few games available but could use a few more. Also, tissue boxes would be appreciated in the bathrooms as well as powdered or single coffee creamers. Didn't have coffee in morning since there was no creamers! Nice comfortable stay for the one night. Thank you.
