We are located about 8 blocks from downtown far enough to enjoy the quietness of Fredericksburg and close enough to shops and restaurants and wineries. This property has a screened in patio with a large backyard including a firepit and hammock. Kitchen is fully stocked including a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. We provide everything you will need with a home away from home feeling.

Really pretty house, comfortable, and clean. The only issue was the check in process because the access code was incorrect and the owner didn’t seem to have the code. Took a little while but things worked out. Other than that, really nice! I would recommend.
