3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Gulf Front Unit. The master bedroom and great room do have blackout curtains to block the morning sun if someone is trying to sleep. The Master bedroom has a king bed; the first bedroom has a queen bed; and, the third bedroom has two queen beds. The Phoenix X building has an indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, fitness room, tennis courts, hot tub and so much more. Walk down the short walkway to the white sandy beaches. Phoenix 10 is located on the state line in Alabama, next-door to the Flora Bama. The unit has just been upgraded. It's a must see. Have fun in Orange Beach.

Loved our stay here. Unit was perfect and loved the 4th floor level. Parking garage on same floor was also handy. We loved Florabama next door as well. Kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed.

Our family just stayed at this amazing condo for a family gathering that brough us together from all different parts of the country. The location and condo were perfect. Our kids enjoyed being close to the ocean and pools. The morning and evening views were great from the balcony. It was a stress free vacation that we will remember forever. Thanks

Over have stayed at several Phoenix locations including Phoenix X. So far this has been the best condo for our group. 407 had the perfect view, high enough but not too high. The location is perfect and the 4th floor was awesome. We loved the idea that we were able to park on the same floor as our condo. We will definitely try to stay at this condo again.

great communication and check-in. Unit is very spacious with easy direct access from parking deck. Phoenix X is a very well maintained, clean property. This particular unit could use some updating and the wifi is not always reliable. That being said, it was very comfortable and I would definitely stay again.

The bathrooms were not clean when we arrived. The tubs had sand in them and hair on the floor. The size of the unit we great and accommodated our needs.

The property overall was great! Some of our beds had some sand in them but it's hard to keep get rid of all the sand. The pool was great, they have carts to help with your luggage, and an air compressor on site to blow up any floaties needed. They also have a great grill area with a prep space and sinks. This area is not as busy as Gulf Shores or the busiest part of Orange Beach which is what we wanted.

Our group of 8 teachers stayed here for an end-of-school-year getaway. The location is perfect! The parking garage is a great perk. We parked on the same floor as our condo, so loading and unloading luggage and groceries was much easier than if we would have had to park at ground level. Easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. The dishwasher smelled like rotten fish when we opened it, but we ran it with detergent and that seemed to solve the problem. The only real issue was the sand. It was all over the floor in most of the condo - like it hadn't been swept between tenants. We notified the owner that she was probably being charged for cleaning services she wasn't receiving. Overall, this was a great condo. Do recommend!

We loved your condo. This was our grand babies first family vacation. We had about 40 family members stay at the Phoenix X at the same time. We loved the view from our balcony. Plenty of room for a big family breakfast each morning. Comfy beds. Will definitely stay here again! ❤️

Three moms took 5 high school graduates to stay here. It was a great time and the condo and facilities were very nice. Right next to to Florabama so the kids could walk next door. The condo was just big enough for all of us. The only thing is they do not supply enough bath towels for a condo that sleeps 10. That is petty of me though to even mention because other than that no complaints!!

I choose this place based on the amenities since I had several young adults. The outdoor pool and tennis courts are completely torn up. There is no boardwalk to the beach. Access is via a dog path. The fitness center is closed. I wouldn’t have booked this place or at least should have been given a reduced rate or a reduced option! Master bed mattress slumps down on one side. Not comfortable. The place needs updating.

We have stayed at the Phoenix X several times. We love the ease of walking to restaurants and the sand is so pretty and soft on the beach. The rooms were good sized and the family room opened to the beach with a large deck and great chairs The kitchen was good sized. We appreciated at the start up supplies!

The condo was nice although we didn't have excess to the outdoor pool suna and jacuzzi, we made do with the beach, overall the time spent there was amazing. The construction kinda threw the atmosphere off with the loud noise and all. We couldn't even grill.......all of this was because of hurricane Sally, again we enjoyed the stay.
