Excellent location within walking distance to Florabama. Beautiful condo furnished with many items you usually don’t find with condo rentals. Owner truly thought of everything and so easy & pleasant to communicate with. Very convenient to have designated parking space. The extra 1/2 bath came in handy too & the bar ice maker was a huge convenience. You won’t be sorry if you call this condo home for a week!

We stayed April 13-20, 2024. The condo was just as pictured and very well furnished. We didn’t need to correspond with the owner while we were there but she did give us all check in information 3 days prior to our arrival. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend this unit to anyone. We were very fortunate that the weather was fantastic the entire week.

There is much to like about this unit! Of course the huge balcony and view are a wonderful highlight and was a favorite spot to relax during our stay. There is new furniture in the living room and all the rooms and kitchen are well-appointed. We had everything we needed for cooking and food prep. The ice maker is a great amenity for a beach stay too. Full size washer and dryer and the extra 1/2 bath are a help too. There are a few beach items in the unit too; we brought our own beach chairs and umbrellas to avoid the beach rental fee. Parking is easy and the elevators never had a long wait. Regency Isle is in a great location overall & walking out to the beach is super quick and convenient on the walkway. Susan was quick to respond to a few inquiries and suggestions. We would definitely stay here again and loved Orange Beach!

Perfect gorgeous beach. Flora Bama within walking distance along with Waffle House. Blackened shrimp amazing at Flora Bama. Used the grills 1 time to make chicken and hamburgers. The condo. What more can I say about the balcony? Best and biggest we’ve ever had. Not much bad at all I can say. Everything was as described. I’m all about reading reviews and I can honestly say I would definitely recommend this condo!

This is a clean, well maintained property and the unit itself is excellent in every way. The views from both the balcony and front walkway are spectacular and the balcony features sturdy, comfortable furniture, with plenty of room to spread out. Inside, the kitchen is well-appointed and has everything we needed for our family of two grandparents and two grandkids (13 and 10). The bedrooms are nicely sized and the beds are super-comfy. Bathrooms are nicely situated, especially the half bath inside the front door, very handy when returning from the beach and pool. The washer/dryer is a godsend for a beach vacation! Susan was terrific to work with; I get the sense that she treats every guest as if she hopes they'll return some day. I hope we can! Thanks for a great experience!

Owner was very quick to respond to our need for another parking pass and additional resort bracelets. We sent a text message and someone brought us the parking pass and bracelets within. 10 minutes. The view from the front and back of the condo were both beautiful. The beaches were not crowded and traffic was not bad at all. The overall experience was great.

Our stay was about as perfect as it gets. The condo location was close to everything we could want or need. Susan kept us informed of everything leading up to our trip and her instructions on our arrival were flawless and we had zero issues with anything. The condo was clean and had everything we could need though a few beach towels would have been a nice perk. The condo is easy walking distance to Floro-Bama which was so fun we went there three times (twice at night and once for lunch) during our short two day stay. Very, very fun! We highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting a place on the beach near great food and entertainment. Perfect for adults or families. Thank you Susan for sharing your awesome beachside condo.
