It was a cute two bedroom condo with great views and location. The updated kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful. The deck was a relaxing place to watch the sunset.

The facilities were very clean; condo, pool, patio area, dock, everything outdoors is kept up very well. Bedding was comfortable. Love that this spot has a pool and bay view from balcony. It’s peaceful.Only a few things to consider....This property doesn’t have across the street beach access so you have to get in your vehicle and park at public beach. When we first arrived at condo it had a strong mildew smell. We sprayed air freshener and kept AC low so it wasn’t noticeable after that. Owners may need to look into finding the source to address that issue. It didn’t ruin our stay though.

We have a family of 6 that went with on vacation and we bought our seadoo the only thing that sucked was you can put the seadoo in the water at the condo you have to find a place to off load and that sucked and it’s not close to nothing within walking distance . You also have some of the people that work there walking around the property knocking on car windows saying that you don’t have a parking pass when it’s clearly on the dash but they didn’t look I guess threatening to have peoples car towed

The location was great. The property had a face-lift, however, when you open the door a horrible musty smell hit you in the face. Taking a deeper look, the air vents were covered in mold and black spores. We had to close the vents and turn off the air. The filter for the HVAC unit wasnt even the proper size and only covered half of the intake. My son has an autoimmune disease and after reaching out to the staff and providing pictures, nothing was done to address the issue or compensate us. Very disappointing and frustrating and not a pleasant experience for my family of 5.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: The location of the condo was amazing -- short drive to Gulfshores with an easy walk across the street to the beach. Beautiful views of the bay and some glimpses of the beach from the balcony. Property management company was also super great, and the check in process/key less entry is amazing.

Cons: The condo was still a little bit dirty despite having been cleaned. There also was not a broom that I could find, which would have been nice to sweep up sand. The bed was TERRIBLE. The king size meant we had plenty of space, but there are two actual slumps in the bed. You can see these just looking at the bed from the doorway, not to mention how extreme they feel when you lie down. It is simply worn out and needs to be replaced. The bed alone would make me reconsider purchasing a stay here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is nicely updated other than the master bathroom which it just needed a good floor scrubbing. However ever surface from the kitchen counter to bathroom sinks tops & bedroom furniture had NOT been wiped or cleaned. Snuff spilled under sofa sleeper as well as on stuck on side of counter by trash can. The sofa sleeper stated it was new however it had a mattress pad cover that was soiled with fresh urine. I had to wash it myself before it could be used. Accidents happen of course & is no reflection on the unit itself. The cleaning service itself I'm not sure about. Also unit needs a broom & dust pan for easy sand cleanup. Like MOST if not all condo's in the whole area are under some level of construction.

This property was perfect! My family enjoyed the easiness of the location - away from the busy areas. Beach access right across the street and complete privacy. There was no crowd there when we took our kids. We could sit and enjoy while the kids played in our view. 100% would stay here again!

Condo exceeded expectations from the listing photos. We liked what we saw on the photos and the updates were very well done. Excellent location with walking access to the Gulf. Close to restaurants at Perdido Key and Gulf Shores, as well as Orange Beach. First time at coastal Alabama and we will be back.

Overall great property with decent amenities. Great having dock for my son to fish. Loved having access to beach just across the street. The balcony with views of bay and ocean was really nice. The location is close to great places to eat which is really nice. The condos are family friendly and quiet. My son enjoyed the pool. Wish the kitchen had better cookware but we made it work. Back patio door was a bit tricky getting open. The lock sticks. Had to do a bit if cleaning in the kitchen because it wasn’t up to our standards. Rewashed dishes, cleaned microwave, and countertops. A/C worked great which is important to us so big thumbs up for that! Liked having fans in every room. Keyless entry (code) was very convenient. We liked Orange Beach over the Gulf Shores area. It’s not quiet as crowded and less commercial. We enjoyed our stay. Property management was friendly and helpful.

I over looked it on my email. So instead of helping me solve the issue they demanded I pull my boat out over Memorial holiday weekend. Super busy boating weekends. They never tried to accommodate us. Then sent nasty voicemails and email when I complained.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were allowed 2 parking passes per rental unit and we had to PAY for those passes. However, twice we came back from errands and no parking was available. The rules were so strict that you were afraid to park anywhere that was not allowed. Also, the furniture in this unit was old; cutting boards under the couch cushions to hold them up (!) and the guest bed was not a Queen but a double bed and it sank in the middle. Could not open the dishwasher all the way because it hit the refrigerator. Needs updating badly.
