Welcome to Woodland Waters, a beautiful custom-built lake home situated on 2 private acres with gorgeous views of crystal-clear Bass Lake. Just 5 minutes from Eagle River, this peaceful Northwoods retreat offers the perfect setting for family vacations, fishing trips, summer lake adventures, and winter getaways.

Private Bass Lake & Waterfront Fun
Bass Lake is a private, spring-fed lake known for its crystal-clear water, white sand bottom, excellent fishing, and beautiful swimming conditions for guests of all ages. Spend your days boating, fishing, water skiing, tubing, swimming, or simply relaxing by the water.

Waterfront amenities include:
- Private dock with swing bench and swim ladder
- Sandy beach and swimming area
- Lily Pad floating water mat
- Swim raft
- Kayaks
- Stand-up paddleboards

Seasonal Amenity Notice: The dock, kayaks, outdoor furniture, and outdoor games are winterized during the off-season. These amenities are typically available from the first weekend in May through the end of October, weather permitting.

Outdoor Living
Enjoy plenty of room to spread out and take in the beautiful Northwoods surroundings. The large deck overlooks the lake and offers outdoor dining and comfortable seating—the perfect place for morning coffee or an evening meal.
You'll also enjoy a Weber Genesis propane gas grill, stone fire pit with complimentary firewood, large level front and back yards, horseshoe pit, cornhole, outdoor ping-pong table, and a relaxing hammock.

Northwoods Comfort
Woodland Waters combines modern conveniences with classic “Up North” style in an incredible private lake setting. Whether you're spending your days on the water or exploring the surrounding area, you'll have a comfortable place to return to and relax.
The home is located next to the Nicolet National Forest and near miles of trails and scenic roads for hiking, biking, walking, cross-country skiing, and snowmobiling. Public access to the famous 28-lake Eagle River Chain of Lakes is also just moments away.

A Great Winter Destination
Woodland Waters isn't just a summer getaway! Snowmobilers can access more than 500 miles of renowned Northwoods snowmobile trails, with trail access just a few minutes away by sled. There is plenty of room at the property for snowmobile trailer parking, and we're happy to help with local snowmobile rental recommendations.
Bass Lake also offers excellent ice fishing, while nearby winter activities include downhill skiing, sledding, ice skating, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing.
You'll also be just minutes from Eagle River's famous winter events, including the World Championship Snowmobile Derby and the United States Pond Hockey Championship.

Quiet Hours & Noise Ordinance
Please be respectful of our neighbors and surrounding community. The township strictly enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and all guests are required to comply.
Noise complaints or violations may result in early termination of the reservation without refund.
