Built in 2020, this spacious six-bedroom, three-bathroom home combines modern comforts with classic Northwoods charm, incredible lake views, and unforgettable sunsets.
Just minutes from downtown Eagle River, Sunset Lodge is designed for large families and groups looking to enjoy everything Northern Wisconsin has to offer—whether you're boating and swimming in the summer, enjoying fall colors, or hitting the snowmobile trails in winter.

Sunset Lodge offers six spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms, including a private primary bedroom and bathroom.
The home can accommodate up to 20 guests, although the sleeping arrangements are best suited for approximately 14 adults and 6 children.
Additional comforts include central air conditioning and heat, a tankless water heater for plenty of hot water, full-size washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and beautiful Northwoods furnishings throughout.
Incredible Eagle Lake Waterfront
One of the best parts of Sunset Lodge is the easy access to the water. The property features a large, level yard with practically no stairs to the lake, making it especially convenient for families.
The shoreline offers a hard sand bottom with shallow water near shore, making it great for swimming and playing in the water.
Outside you'll enjoy a private dock, lakeside patio, fire pit with complimentary firewood, outdoor dining area, lounge chairs, hammocks, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, life jackets, play gym, tournament-style ping pong, cornhole, horseshoes, and two Weber three-burner gas grills with propane included.
Boating & Fishing on the Eagle River Chain
Eagle Lake provides direct access to the incredible Eagle River Chain of Lakes. Spend your days fishing, boating, waterskiing, swimming, or simply cruising the Chain.
You can even travel by boat to area restaurants and bars or spend the day exploring the interconnected lakes.
Fishing is excellent for musky, walleye, smallmouth bass, crappie, and panfish, and local fishing guides are available for guests wanting some extra help finding the best spots.
A True Four-Season Northwoods Destination
Sunset Lodge isn't just a summer getaway. In winter, you can access the area's extensive snowmobile trail system directly from the property, with public trails only minutes away.
There's plenty of parking for snowmobile, ATV, UTV, and boat trailers. The area also offers cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, hiking, biking, and year-round outdoor recreation.
You're only a short drive from downtown Eagle River, the Nicolet National Forest, local restaurants and shops, Cranberry Fest, the World Championship Snowmobile Derby, pond hockey events, and many other Northwoods attractions.
