Beautiful, fully renovated 4 bedroom, luxury house on west side of Vancouver. Featuring large modern kitchen with new appliances, in-wall oven, wine fridge, coffee station.
Marble-top island seats 4 for in-kitchen eating and socializing.
Dining room features large solid wood table seats 8.
TV - Family room features L-sectional, a 72 inch TV with full cable, Apple TV and contemporary fireplace.
Relax in the lounge in front of the fireplace in a ceiling height marble fireplace.
Second floor has 3 full bedrooms and 1 flex room (office with fold out queen bed)
Master bedroom includes a split-Ghost king bed with remote controlled positioning, dressing table and brand new ensuite bathroom with stand alone shower featuring rain head, hand-held shower head and massaging shower feature. Stand alone tub and double sinks.
Second bedroom has a queen bed and full ensuite bathroom
Third bedroom has a queen bed with direct door into the 3rd bathroom on the second floor, which features a walk-in shower.
The 4th bedroom on the second floor functions as an office flex room, with the queen bed folding out at night for use.
Full European-style washer dryer on lower level.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this cozy home. It was very clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated and maintained. The hosts were friendly, easy to reach, and communicative. The location is great - despite it not being very close to major transit, and the neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Overall, we had a lovely time and would recommend this stay to anyone!

This home was a perfect place for our post Christmas family trip! Just like staying with friends! Excellent location - safe, quiet, convenient. Well stocked - owner’s home is rented a few times a year so had every kitchen, bath, living need just like home. Good communication - Chrystal and Shawn are a great team and both bring strengths to the communication process, very helpful, quickly responsive, respectful and kind. We highly recommend this lovely, welcoming, well designed home!!

Wonderfully clean and well-located. This house was beautiful and perfect for our family stay. The backyard will blow you away - the photos don't do it justice. Thanks to Chrystal and Shawn for being such great hosts!

Had a wonderful time renting this property for our 7 days in Vancouver. We had 6 adults and 2 kids fit comfortably. The kitchen is well appointed, with access to a barbecue. Close to transit if you need it, in a great neighbourhood. Wonderful master bedroom with en-suite, plus 3 other bedrooms. 3 bathrooms upstairs means no waiting. Also, different areas to relax on the main floor if you need it. Communication with the owners was easy via the app or email. Overall, great experience, would rent this place again.
