About this house rental
Located in the heart of the vineyards of Entre-Deux-Mers, our character house (360m2) is a haven of peace ideal for spending your holidays with family or friends, in the countryside. Our 4000m2 property, in the village of Escoussans, offers 5 spacious suites, a 120m2 living room, three levels served by a private elevator.
Welcome to the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards, surrounded by nature, where the villa also offers its heated swimming pool (from May 1 to October 1), a piano, a billiard table, a ping-pong table, and a home cinema room. relaxation guaranteed!
On the ground floor you have a double bedroom with its private shower room and wc, a laundry room, a 25m2 kitchen and the home cinema room.
The large modern and fully equipped kitchen contrasts with the authentic style of the house; it is tastefully renovated with its exposed stone wall, and its large picture window overlooking the swimming pool. It also has a fireplace giving it even more charm and authenticity.
The large living room of 120m2, crossed by the elevator,
is located on the first floor. Flooded with light, it offers a pretty stone fireplace, a quarter-grand piano, billiards, a flat screen, a large dining table, and numerous sofas where you can relax.
The rooms
The 5 bedrooms are all equipped with their own private shower room and wc.
The first bedroom is on the ground floor with its shower room, wc and walk-in shower.
The other four bedrooms are on the second floor overlooking the property and the vineyards. These are fully equipped 25 / 30m2 suites.
On the practical side, the villa has a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and steam generator.
WiFi is available free of charge.
Animals can be accepted under certain conditions. Notify the owner beforehand.
From the outside, you will benefit from the soothing atmosphere offered by the surrounding environment, in the middle of the vineyards, or on a deckchair by the heated swimming pool (4x10). Maximum relaxation!
Our house is located 40 minutes from Bordeaux, 50 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes from Sauterne or St Emilion (two renowned Bordeaux vineyards), and one hour from the Arcachon Bay and the Dune du Pyla.
Finally to do your shopping a small grocery store 1km away and all the shops 10mn by car from the house.

We loved the property. Beautiful, comfortable and well equipped house in quiet location, with welcoming and informative hosts. Plenty to do in the surrounding area too.

The photos on the site do not do this property justice. Probably the best house we have stayed in. The house and pool area had everything we needed and the interior design was phenomenal. Phillipe was regularly in contact and arranged a wine tasting for our group.We will definitely return.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the property wowed us. It had everything, apart from a second dishwasher (we were being a lazy party of 10) that we needed. Each room was individual with bed linen and towels to go with them. A toilet on each floor and en-suites made for harmonious living. Philippe did apologise for problems with one toilet but that was very minor to us. The pool was lovely although not as well used as could have been due to the weather. The lift was brilliant as those of us who had difficulties with the spiral staircase were able to access all areas. The mosquitos did seem to find a way round the screens which may need some attention but it didn’t detract from the overall stay.
In short if you are going to Bordeaux go and stay here it’s wonderful.
