Friendly front office personnel and nice lobby and breakfast area
Both visit's 8/12 & 8/26 we were in handicap rooms as needed but both showers were full of mold! Couldn't use them and we try to stay at this hotel 2 or more X's per year on our way to and from Colorado from lower Texas.

That it was so expensive because of texas tech moving in🤦🏻♀️ we shouldnt have to all pay the price for that!

The cost
The water pressure was low. The ice machine on the 4th floor wasn't working. When telling them the reply was they won't let us replace it.
