There was a problem with communication between the third party website and the hotel regarding which rooms we were getting and how that would accommodate all of the people in our party. Hailey was amazing and got everything corrected at no additional charge before we even got to the property. The rest of the hotel staff was amazing and accommodating!

We liked everything about this hotel. I think we’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in Lubbock and this one was by far the best we’ve been to. I had scheduled for the wrong weekend and wrong town. But the manager made it work for us. This is worth 10 stars.
We found nothing wrong with the whole property.

Rice was great on a weekend they jack up rates. Facility is fine with a spacious king room.
Bathroom wasn’t very clean. Stains in toilet and hair in the shower.

Convenient location
Room not very clean, stain on the sheets, dead bug on the bathroom floor, bathtub was dirty.
