I had a very comfortable stay at Homewood Suites in Lubbock. The room one bedroom king suite was clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job throughout my visit. Breakfast was excellent, and the cook was very friendly and a superb host, which really set a great tone for the day. Employee Kyle was beyond helpful. Jessica at the front desk was especially helpful, kind, and professional. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would gladly stay here again. Great place for a long term stay. Very clean hotel and a great team of employees. 5 star location. Thank you.
Most of the hotels in town are situated west of downtown but it offers peace and quiet.

Cozy environment, spacious room and courteous staff. Good food selection for breakfast.
The shower was not hot and when they asked me at checkout what could have been better and I told them about the shower they seemed to know this is a recurrent issue but it seems they are not doing much to fix it.
$75 pet fee is way above average

It was close to the college.
The walls in the room were damaged and worn looking.
The A/C in the workout area did not cool.
The staff at the front desk was not present, even house keeping could not find them.
